2. Transfer peppers to a bowl, cover, and let steam for 5-10 minutes. Peel off skins, remove seeds, and roughly chop.

3. Place roasted peppers, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a food processor.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
